For me, improvisation is not simply moving without direction. It is about staying focused on a task while remaining connected to the body and attentive to what emerges in the moment.
My approach encourages honesty, curiosity, and confidence in one’s own movement. I create a supportive environment where participants can explore their individual movement language without judgment or the pressure of getting it “right.”
My teaching practice is rooted in contemporary dance, improvisation, and performance practices. I see dance as a process of research, presence, and self-discovery.
